“THE 500 CHALLENGE”

Complete 500 Double Unders.

Either SOLO or PARTNER;

SOLO

 FOR TIME. You must run 200m after every 100 Double Unders.

PARTNER (in pairs)

1 person will do Double Unders whilst the other does 200m run. Swap over and accumulate Double Unders until 500 is reached. 1 person is always running.
